Our friends at the Noise Floor are celebrating their 1st Birthday this year and also put up some photos of our recording sessions in May, the record isn’t out yet, but it will be soon. Also, they provided these kind words.
We spent 10 glorious days with the boys in Old Neon, and it was easily one of the most fun sessions we’ve ever had. Between fireside beers, many, many bowls of ghetto pho, Gabriola garlic breath and tripping out to “Drugstore Cowboy”, we worked on a very Radiohead-esq EP. The boys set up various stations in the live room, and improvised and tweeked as needed, to create some dreamy, multi-layered, electronic soundscapes.
